Camella, the subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes that caters to the mid-market segment, has brought home its second gold in the Reader’s Digest’s annual “Trusted Brand” awards in the property developer category.
The Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand awards has become a consumer-based international measure for brand preference across Asia and is based on consumer polls conducted across eight markets including Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, India, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
Camella says winning the gold for the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand award for property developer the second time around signifies that its rating score clearly excels above other brands in the same category. It says the gold award is a wonderful show of appreciation for the company that has built over 250,000 high-quality homes and exquisitely-themed communities and masterplanned “cities” across the Philippines.
“Each Camella home carries with it Vista Land’s expertise in space planning, carefully thought out architecture, and an innate knack for selecting the most accessible and attractive locations,” the home builder says.
Camella says it has long understood that a product or corporation’s “brand” is much more than just their name and logo. “It is really an allegory for the relationship between the product and the consumer—a symbol of the trust and satisfaction the buyer has built up for that product, as well as the product’s promise to continually respond to its consumers’ needs. The ‘brand” in essence, is a trademark for loyalty—and it is a loyalty that goes both ways,” it says.
Camella says having been named as one of the most trusted brands in the Philippines for two consecutive years by the prestigious Reader’s Digest magazine is an unmatched distinction for which the group is truly grateful.
“However, the kudos the award bestows is not a signal that Camella can now rest on its laurels, rather it is an impetus to keep trying harder, keep getting better, and keep building the homes and communities that will best nourish the dreams of Filipino families everywhere,” it says.
Camella has built more than 250,000 homes and maintains a strong presence in Mega Manila, 33 provincial destinations and 65 cities and municipalities.
